The Bubble Truck (“we,” “us”) uses information you submit to respond to event inquiries and coordinate requested services. This notice describes our current website practices; it is not legal advice.

Information you provide

Our Contact Us form may collect your name, email address, phone number, event date and time, guest count, event type, preferences, comments, venue name, and event address. Please do not include sensitive personal information that is not needed to discuss your event.

How we use and share it

We use inquiry details to evaluate availability, follow up about your event, prepare quotes, and provide requested services. To operate the website and respond to inquiries, we use service providers for website hosting, secure data storage, and business communications. Those providers process information on our behalf for these functions. We do not use inquiry details to subscribe you to a marketing list.

Signup features and marketing

This website may display signup forms or popups provided by third-party email marketing services. Those features may use cookies or similar technologies to remember whether a popup has appeared and, depending on the service settings, to measure marketing activity. If you submit a signup form, the information you enter is sent to the provider to manage your subscription. We do not use inquiry details to subscribe you to a marketing list. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the unsubscribe link in those emails. The provider’s own privacy notices explain its handling of information.

Retention and requests

We retain inquiry information in our operational systems and email records for business follow-up. We do not currently publish a fixed automatic deletion schedule. To ask about access, correction, or deletion, email info@thebubbletruckca.com and include enough information for us to locate the inquiry. We may retain information where needed for legitimate business, security, or legal purposes.

This site and its inquiry form are intended for adults planning events, not children. We may update this notice as our practices change and will revise the date above.
